This policy explains what information SKS Technologies (“we”) collects through skstech.in and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry and consultation forms: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give, such as business name, email, type of business, needs, budget, timeline, preferred meeting time and your message.
- Website assistant: the messages you type and the answers you choose in the chat.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of our forms and assistant. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the meeting you asked for, prepare a proposal, and follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
- Our hosting provider stores enquiries on our server.
- When the AI assistant is switched on, your chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Google Fonts serves the website's fonts. The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only if you choose to show it.
- WhatsApp, phone and email links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Storage on your device
The assistant keeps your current conversation in your browser's session storage so it continues across pages. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by email. We respond within a reasonable time.
