How much does business software cost?
Starting prices: website + Google profile from ₹15,000; business operations software from ₹75,000; CRM, dealer portal and mobile app from ₹1,50,000; AMC from ₹2,000 / month.
Prices exclude GST and third-party costs such as hosting, SMS and WhatsApp charges. Final price depends on scope.
Will it work with our Tally?
Yes. We build software that works with your existing Tally or accounting process, so your team is not doing the same entry twice.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. After we study your process, the written proposal gives target dates for each stage, and you see weekly demos while we build.
Can we meet on a video call?
Yes. Book a video call on Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp video at a time that suits you, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00. We also work on-site in Kolkata and Malda.
Who owns the software?
You do. Source code and data are handed over to you on final payment.
Do you show a demo before we commit?
Yes. We show you a working sample on a call, using items and dealers similar to yours, before you commit to anything.
How do payments work?
Work starts after a signed agreement and advance payment. Remaining payments are linked to milestones you approve.
What happens after go-live?
Every project includes a warranty period. After that you can choose an AMC plan: Basic from ₹2,000, Standard from ₹5,000 or Priority from ₹10,000 per month.
Which languages do you support?
Support in Bengali, Hindi and English.
Do you work outside Kolkata?
Yes. We work on-site with businesses in Kolkata and Malda, and online across West Bengal and India.
Do you have client case studies?
We publish client case studies only with the client's permission and with real results. Our first client case studies are in progress. You can see SCOS, the system we run our own company on, and gourfresh.net, a live website we built.
What if software is not the answer for us?
We tell you plainly when software is not the answer. That is what the free 30-minute review is for.
Are your website assistant's answers reliable?
It answers from our published information only and says so when it is not sure. Prices it gives are starting prices; your final price is fixed in writing.
